How do I use the SpeedLine?
Simply dial our access number followed by the number you wish to call.

How do I pay for Speed Line?
You will not receive any bills from Teleconnect. The call charges will appear on your normal Telefónica
bill or on the bills of
any other fixed line or mobile operator.

Exactly how much will I pay for using SpeedLine?
It's very simple. You will only pay the prices during normal hours of 7 cents/minute and during reduced hours 4 cents/minute when calling from a Telefónica line (which is normally the case.) There is also an 8.3 centimos connection charge. There are NO extra costs per minute or per month. When calling from a non-Telefónica fixed line
or from your mobile you should check the rate for calling a 902 number with that operator. In most cases
for fixed line it should be almost the same as the Telefónica price.

How are the calls charged? By the minute or by the second?
All calls are charged by the second.

Is the cost of calling the 902 903 177 number added to the price shown for each country?
No, you only pay for calling the 902 number, the rate includes the cost of the entire call. There are NEVER any additional costs!

Is it possible to use SpeedLine from a payphone?
Yes it's possible but it costs more. Because you're calling our 902 903 177 number, Telefónica will increase the cost by approximately 35%. The best way for you to use our service is to call from a private fixed line instead of a pay phone.

What kind of calls can I make?
Although the Service was primarily created for making International calls, it is technically possible to make any type of call e.g. inter-provincial, provincial etc. However only International calls are cheaper than using your normal Telefónica service.

Can I call any county in the world?
No, at the moment the Service is available for a selected group of countries. The list of countries can be seen by visiting our web site. Alternatively, once you've dialled the access number you can contact our Customer Service Centre by pressing the * 1 key.

Why is the service so cheap?
Because Teleconnect have developed their own network, which allows costs to be streamlined to the needs of the Service and also to our customers, while maintaining a high level of quality.

Do I have to sign up in order to use
SpeedLine?
No, there's no need to `join´ the Service, you simply dial the access number to start using it. And remember there are no subscription or monthly costs to pay.

Is there a minimum monthly amount that I have to spend?
No, whether you make no calls or hundreds of calls it makes no difference, you only pay for the calls you make.

Do I have to pay if the number I'm calling is engaged?
Yes, you are charged from the moment you are connected to the 902 903 177 Service. It's always best to use SpeedLine when you know the call should be answered.

Can I make calls from my mobile with this Service?
Yes, however we would advise you to check with your mobile operator first as many of them impose extra access charges that vary from company to company.
