The operator Teleconnect has lauched the “bonolocutorio”, a prepaid service directed at the call centre business including very competitive rates in international calls and diverse customer offers, the company reported today.
The bonolocutorio includes a gift of 10 percent in calls on registration, detailed invoicing through Internet and CD-Rom, and promotions of 10 percent during the second and the third month for new charges over 50,000 pesetas. Additionally, for every 100,000 pesetas (60.10 euros) of new charges, the call centres can opt for prizes of 100,000 pesetas in calls.
At the moment there are around 2,500 call centres in Spain, and according to the figures of Proselas, an association that groups several companies in the sector, this business moves around 40,000 million pesetas (240.40 million euros).
