How can I
join the Gotel service?
Call our
free number 900 804 505 or fill out the form in Subscribe online. You can open a gotel account with
a minimum of 30€. There is no waiting and you can start calling
with gotel immediately.
How do I make
a call?
· From your landline at home
Dial the free access number 900 80 72 42 and when you hear
the gotel dial tone, dial the number you're calling including the
full international code.
From any other landline: public phonebox, hotel, a friend's house, …
Dial the access number 900 80 72 42.When asked, enter your account number(this
is your home phone number) followed by your PIN.
What happens when my credit is getting low?
There
are two ways of doing this; Automatic or Manual Top Up
Automatic
Top Up
With this option when your account is getting low the system
automatically tops up your account from your credit/debit card.
Manual Top Up
When your
account is getting low, dial *4
and enter your credit card details. Your account will be credited
with €30
STAR SERVICES
(Dial
the acess number followed by;
Dial * 1 -> Customer Services
Dial * 2 -> Redial
Dial * 3 -> Balance
of your account
Dial * 4 -> Top up your account
Will I get a bill?
No.
Because gotel is a 'pay as you go' service there's no need for you
to receive a bill. However, if you would like to receive a detailed
statement of all your calls, you can call Customer Services on 900 804 505.
